Lemon Butter Shrimp

I’m a seafood lover. Red Lobster could use me as an official spokesperson. True story. I’m also a Pinterest lover.

So…Pinterest + shrimp recipe = carve our names in a tree, true love.

These shrimp are so dang delicious. I’m even having the leftovers for lunch right now as I type this.


  • Shrimp (I used two small packages from Kroger, not sure of the weight – sorry)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 lemon
  • Italian Seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Peel and de-vein all shrimp

3. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil or spray with cooking spray. Slice the butter evenly and distribute it in the pan

5. Put pan in the oven til the butter is melted
6. Slice lemon and place slices over melted butter

7. Lay shrimp over lemon slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning

8. Pop ’em in the oven for 15-20 minutes
9. Enjoy that seafood-y goodness!

I was about to die of starvation by the time these finished cooking, so I didn’t actually get around to taking a final picture, but I can assure you they were tasty!
